Head of AI at Carlsquare, an international M&A advisory firm. Before that, Chief Digital and Innovation Officer at GoMedicus Group, and close to ten years at Google in EMEA.

I bring AI into work that runs on confidentiality and judgement. Before that I put it into production in a regulated healthcare environment, with GDPR Article 9 data. And I build: agents, integrations, small tools that remove a bottleneck. The combination is the point. I don't advise on things I haven't seen in production.

I also teach at Brand University in Hamburg – creative technology, and AI in design and marketing.
